I have a 10 am meeting downtown, so I decided to work from home this morning. Not sure what kind of work I can get done now that the jackhammering has started. It might be OK if it was continuous - like really extreme white noise - but the fits and starts combined with the backing up beeps of the trucks just don’t cut it.
The upside of this is now I will be leaving for work by 8 am prompt every morning.
